Welcome to Pendeen Surgery, Doctors in Ross-on-Wye

We are a practice of five General Practitioners, three full-time and two part-time working from our own premises near the park just to the south of the town centre.

This surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you.

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.

For urgent cases that would normally be dealt with by your GP phone the surgery 01989 763535 when a recorded message will give you the number for Primecare - 0330 123 9309

Home Visits
Phone Pendeen Surgery on 01989 763535 We are happy to make home visits when the condition of the patient is such that they cannot come to the surgery. Except in an emergency Home Visits should be requested before 10:00. This enables the doctors to do their visits after morning surgery

Urgent Appointments
Phone in the usual way but be sure to make it clear that you consider your problem to be urgent. We always undertake to see urgent cases on the same day – but it may not be with your preferred doctor. You may be in given a time to come in and wait to see The Duty Doctor who will endeavour to see you as soon as possible.
